Our apartment suites include internet, washer dryer, utilities, phone, parking, with some suites storage, etc.  The prices depend on duration (for how long) time of year, and the suite.  They usually start at $1850 a month all included.  Ask about shorter stays.

These homes come complete with linen, bedding, full kitchen, etc.

• 2 blocks from the ocean.  1 block from Empress Hotel and Inner Harbour.  1 block from Royal Museum.
• Smoke free.   Underground secure parking.  Storage and bike lock up available with suite rental.
• The building is concrete and steel… so it’s a very sound proof building neighbor to neighbor.
• South exposure means lots of sun.     Great Landlord!
