For unfurnished we follow BC Tenancy Act guidelines. For Furnished we ask for:
- $400 damage deposit
- $175 cleaning fee for a final cleaning upon departure
- All taxes included
- 50% of first month down to hold
Cancellation details are: In full minus $150 if 90 days or further from move-in date.
We accept MasterCard or Visa.
To confirm a furnished suite, we ask for half of the first month rent. The $400 damage deposit is due upon booking.
